Occupy Wall Street / Adbusters Magazine now admit that protests alone won't fix anything ...and that forming a political party to affect change seems timely. The Pacific Ocean is Dying - and you don't even know thinks that class action law suits based on saving mammals (including human), Gaia (the interworking of all Life forms on the planet), and safeguarding our DNA (as the nuclear energy industry is now interrupting Divine Order by distorting and destroying DNA so that living things can no longer reproduce themselves after their own kind, but produce horrifying mutations, instead) ... would help solidify and finance an occupy wall street political platform.

This position, while not currently in the playbook, allows victims, and people speaking for victims, of nuclear energy around the world to form a global party that is locally distributed as independently working cells in cities, counties, regions, States, countries, continents and in space on a planetary and interplanatary jurisdiction -- that will operate as a party.

The political platform foundation should reflect the founders of occupy wall street and (1) establish a publicly owned central bank that doesn't charge interest; (2) phase out nuclear power and phase in alternative energy; (3) reverse the flow of wealth from the 1% of the 1% ... to the 99.999%.

This constitutes a redistribution of health, wealth and stealth from the 1% to the 99%, and the technologies that empower them.

The easiest target of our first class action lawsuit should be: The People versus the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. That is because we could immediately limit damage to persons and property values from radionuclides, if the NRC enforced its own rules. This is the first step in phasing out nuclear energy and phasing in alternative energy.

As Government officials, the act of circumventing and violating U.S. law causing illness, death, genocide and ecocide is an act of treason, because current NRC activities seem to enrich non-U.S.entities, such as the Federal Reserve Bank at the cost of the U.S. population and its representative Constitution and Government.

premise 1: Nuclear energy is not safe and clean - it destroys health, earth, air, sky, water, fire, flesh, DNA, plants, animals, bacteria, viruses and all living things; it makes new and mysterious diseases causing excruciating deaths at extinction levels for many species - and the owners and financiers of nuclear energy can be held accountable and have consequences by legal remedy on a city, county, regional, State, Country, international, multinational, anational and planetary basis.

premise-2: Nuclear energy is not safe and clean - it destroys the social network of all Life forms so that plants and animals can no longer reproduce themselves after their own kind, rendering their DNA into a pineal gland's MK-Ultra nightmare ...and making babies with too many fingers and toes and arms and legs and heads.

premise-3: The role of the nuclear energy/G8 propaganda warfare for shares of public mind, including disinformation (intentional misinformation), (central bank-sponsered CIA/MI6) fake news, mind control and shares of public mind (control) ... is to make the nuclear and petroleum industry's war successful against earth, air, sky, water and all living things ...we must drive the stake thru the vampire's heart.

premise-4: The function of a privately owned central bank is to inflict suffering, pain, sickness, disease, war, starvation, poverty and death using interest and inflation as tools of social engineering ... to make maximum profits for their shareholders and stakeholders and to financially and physically oppress and weaken and suppress the people the Constitution was created to protect.

premise-5: The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 defies Article 1, Section 8, Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution by illegally creating a privately owned ‘central bank of issue’ whereas the Constitution enstates a publicly-owned central bank that does not charge the citizens of the United States interest, thereby creating and ensuring personal wealth, health and happiness for the people.

So, how would you define our legal adversary, the NRC, IAEA and G8/20. Define them by the money flowing towards them.
