Our guided and sensitive involvement may help repair and rebuild cognitive processes in normal individuals including seniors, and in varying degrees in seniors in early-to-mid stages of Alzheimer's Disease.

Brain science documents that when we are challenged in cognitive areas of our brains, we actually GROW NEW BRAIN NERVE CELLS in these areas, to overcome our cognitive challenge. (This miracle is called, neuroplasticity.)

Consequently, scientific research documents quality of life grows when recreation and arts are practiced together, enhancing: self-expression, self-worth, socialization, feelings of belonging to something greater, ability to challenge oneself, and meaningful ‘quality time'.
